DELIVERY:
Programs will be delivered as per the published schedule (where applicable) and providing the minimum participant level requirements have been met. Programs can also be arranged on-site at the clients location. Given the modular structure of the ABPep program, we would be happy to tailor the content to your requirements.

PROGRAM FEES:
3 Day Program: Swiss francs: CHF 1,290.00 per person including certification.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Complete payment must be received a minimum 10 days prior to the commencement of the course. Method of payment will be advised upon registration.

In case of program delivery at the client’s site, fees do not include the instructor’s transportation, meals or accommodation. A letter of Intent or contractual agreement is deemed a pre-requisite. Complete payment must be received a minimum of 30 days prior to the commencement of the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The full course fee will be charged in the event of cancellation/no-show unless written notification is received no later than 30 days prior to course commencement for Zürich based courses and 60 days in cases where the course will be delivered at the client’s location.

Cancellation notices received in advance of 30 / 60 days respectively will result in fees being refunded minus a processing charge of Swiss Francs CHF 200.00 (approx: € 190.50 / US$ 213.50). Participant substitution or change of program delivery date can be made at any time at no additional cost.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Meals and Refreshments are at the participants own expense.

It is recommended to limit the class size to a maximum of 12 persons. This will ensure that the essential interactive element will not be compromised.
