Transport companies will be included during a RED ALERT scenario. For everyday disruptions, the handling agent will organize individual transport needs with them directly.
During significant disruption, transport companies will also receive the RED ALERT and immediately update their seat capacity within the system. Transport capacity is divided into two segments namely; Cat A (Airport) and Cat R (Regional). Each category will be updated to provide accurate transportation options.
System users are able to switch between hotel availability and transport capacity easily to facilitate coordination of both crucial elements.
